Project Manager

The Project Manager role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will manage multidiscipline projects that are globally executed to ensure day to day the company execution challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides effective execution and engineering management as part of the wider technology management team.

Supports and guides multiple teams of R&D , Algorithm and FashTech team across the organization, motivating and supporting team members to perform at their best.

Acts as an Agile master, helping teams to constantly improve and refine their working practices.

Work with Product teams to understand the commercial and technical roadmaps

Manage priority and engineering capacity to deliver those roadmap and Technology initiatives

Be accountable for delivering to time with the required quality level

Contributes to the removal of blockers and impediments to Engineering teams, supporting and facilitating cross-team collaboration and coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of work experience as R&D project/ Delivery manager.

Passion to lead complex global execution of multidiscipline technologies.

Vast experience as project manager of Multi-Disciplinal products

Strong capability in guiding and managing Agile engineering teams and in setting and establishing delivery goals and targets.

Experience in Agile methodology – Jira env.

Knowledge of the testing cycle, automation, and manual. Knowledge and/or experience of SCRUM and/or Kanban.

Background from a technological company and working in a public company – an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in close collaboration with Product teams and managers.

Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
