Borja Cembrero Saralegui brings a proven track record in fashion-tech innovation, strategic growth, and AI deployment in retail. As co-founder and CEO of Naiz Fit—acquired by MySize in 2022—he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s AI-powered sizing technology across more than 18 countries, helping global brands like Levi’s, Kiabi, Desigual and Moschino reduce return rates, boost conversion, and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
With more than a decade of experience across entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development, Borja brings a strong international perspective and deep SaaS knowledge to his new role. Prior to founding Naiz Fit, he led go-to-market efforts at various tech startups and served as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. He has also been a professor of international marketing at Deusto Business School, a business angel investor in SaaS and retail ventures, and an advisor to early-stage companies. Borja holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from Deusto Business School, where he graduated as part of the institution’s prestigious Honours Program. He also completed executive training in Leadership, People Management, and Organizational Efficiency through a joint program by Mondragon University and Fundación EDE.
