Ronen is a serial entrepreneur and a skilled manager with a track record of success across various industries. Prior to founding MySize, he established and led startups in the medical devices and communication sectors. Among his other endeavors, Ronen founded Malers, a company that has grown to be a leader in the global security solutions market and provides some of the most advanced technological solutions for integrated communication infrastructures, security, and control systems.
Prior to that, he held several senior marketing, sales management, and professional services positions in a variety of international high tech companies. Ronen graduated from Middlesex University in London with a B.sc in IT and Business Information Systems.

Billy is a veteran product management and marketing professional with a strong background in technology innovation and 15 years of experience and expertise in both hardware and software high tech companies. Prior to joining MySize, Billy was Senior Director of Product Management and member of Fourier Education executive management team. Among her areas of expertise are launching products from the concept to the successful delivery in various methodologies, including Fourier Education’s award-winning einstein™ Science Tablet. Before that, she held various product management positions with Time to Know, RIT Technologies (RIIT) and PRICER B (PRIC B). She holds an MBA from The Interdisciplinary Center and a B.Sc. in computer science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.

Oren Elmaliah is a CPA with a broad professional financial background and extensive experience in driving corporate finance-related projects. Oren has a proven track record in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and auditing processes. Previously, has served in similar roles in over a dozen of Life science ventures (Bioblast, Chiasma, Ayala, Biondvax, Immunbrain and more) . He holds an Msc. and a BA in Economics and Accounting (specializing in financing) from the University of Tel Aviv.

Borja Cembrero Saralegui brings a proven track record in fashion-tech innovation, strategic growth, and AI deployment in retail. As co-founder and CEO of Naiz Fit—acquired by MySize in 2022—he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s AI-powered sizing technology across more than 18 countries, helping global brands like Levi’s, Kiabi, Desigual and Moschino reduce return rates, boost conversion, and deliver personalized shopping experiences. 

With more than a decade of experience across entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development, Borja brings a strong international perspective and deep SaaS knowledge to his new role. Prior to founding Naiz Fit, he led go-to-market efforts at various tech startups and served as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. He has also been a professor of international marketing at Deusto Business School, a business angel investor in SaaS and retail ventures, and an advisor to early-stage companies. Borja holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from Deusto Business School, where he graduated as part of the institution’s prestigious Honours Program. He also completed executive training in Leadership, People Management, and Organizational Efficiency through a joint program by Mondragon University and Fundación EDE.
